Delivery methods
- I’ll come and get it myself – free of charge. We are waiting for you at Baltic Sail office in Pirita, Tallinn (by prior arrangement).
- Parcel terminals – Omniva, Smartpost, DPD, Venipak, Unisend
- Courier services – Venipak, DPD, Omniva
Delivery time
- Shipments within Estonia usually arrive within 2-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
- The delivery time for Baltic, Scandinavian and European orders depends on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen.
- Delivery times are longer for goods made to order and will be specified when the order is placed.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to the destination, the size of the parcel and the service provider. For bulky or special sized products, a separate delivery method or price may apply. If necessary, we will contact you before dispatch.
- Receipt of goods
- When ordering from a parcel machine, you will receive an SMS and an email notification with the door code.
- When ordering by courier, the courier will contact you by phone before delivery.
